How do I start my application

Simply click any "Request Info" or "Apply Now" button and fill out the brief inquiry form. You will immediately receive a secure link to your personal Self-Service Document Portal, where you can begin uploading your requirements.

How long does the admissions process take?

The speed of your admission depends on you! Once you have self-uploaded 100% of your required documents, our team typically reviews and verifies your file within 24 to 48 business hours.

Can I apply if I don’t have all my documents ready yet?

Yes! You can start your application today. Your secure portal will save your progress, allowing you to upload documents one by one as you gather them.

What if I don’t have an Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card?

A Fingerprint Clearance Card is required for most clinical and caregiver programs in Arizona. If you don't have one, our admissions team can provide you with instructions on how to apply for one during your Career Planning Session.

Does my Criminal History Affidavit need to be notarized?

Yes. To meet Arizona regulatory standards for DCW and Caregiver programs, the Criminal History Affidavit must be signed in the presence of a Notary Public before you upload the photo to your portal.

I am already a CNA; do I still need the DCW training?

In many cases, an active Arizona CNA license allows you to skip certain DCW modules. Please upload your CNA license to your portal, and an advisor will confirm your specialized training path.

Is my personal information secure?

Absolutely. Our enrollment portal uses industry-standard encryption to ensure your ID and sensitive documents are stored securely and are only accessible by authorized admissions staff.

What is the best way to upload my documents?

Our portal is mobile-optimized. Most students find it easiest to log in via their smartphone and use their phone’s camera to take a clear, well-lit photo of their ID and certificates for instant upload.

Do you offer evening or weekend classes?

We understand our students are often working while going to school. We offer a variety of schedules, including morning, evening, and hybrid options. Ask your advisor for the current calendar during your interview.

Are there payment plans available?

Yes. We believe quality healthcare education should be accessible. We offer flexible tuition payment plans to fit your budget. Details will be provided once your initial document review is complete.
